Community is a place of belonging.
In many workplaces, communities form, but sometimes so do power dynamics: manager vs. team member, senior vs. junior, louder voices vs. quieter ones.
But when we strip that away?
We create space for something deeper: a collective where everyone’s voice matters. Where shared learning happens. Where we grow together, not in competition, but in connection.
This is the intention behind all of my community offerings. They are spaces to pause, reflect, and practise leading from the inside out, whilst building human connection.
Leading From The Inside Out Community
Leadership is tough, really tough.
These in-person events are built around one core idea: We don’t learn to lead well in isolation.
We need spaces beyond the walls of our workplace where we can take off the “role,” reflect honestly, and learn alongside others.
Each event offers space for:
- Self-awareness and reflection
- Connection with other values-led humans
- Practice of the real human skills leadership calls for

The Female Leaders Community
Created in collaboration with my brilliant friend and fellow coach, Kirsteen Williamson-Guinn.
This is a space designed specifically for women in leadership.
We explore what it means to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact, without feeling the need to harden, shrink, or perform.
These events and retreats are intimate, spacious, and deeply connective.
