Georgia’s mission is simple: to help make work more human.
She is a leadership coach, facilitator, and the founder of Leading From the Inside Out, a space for human-first development, connection, and growth. Her work blends coaching, workshops, and community events to help people lead and communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
With a focus on core human skills like self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and embodied presence, Georgia supports leaders and teams to lead consciously, from the inside out.
Curriculum
Before coaching, Georgia spent 12 years working in Asset Management. She brings a deep understanding of the corporate world and blends this with a background in somatic practices, having taught yoga, meditation, and mindfulness across organisations, schools, and communities too.
She has partnered with individuals and organisations across sectors, including tech, healthcare, education, and financial services, with clients ranging from Spotify to the NHS. Georgia is passionate about building leadership cultures and organisations that are more human, inclusive, and sustainable.
She believes that we can’t lead others effectively until we first learn to lead ourselves.
